About our Staff profile portfolio,
Since we opened our operations in November 2021, MP HomeCaring has grown from a small region circulating the Mornington Peninsula to servicing over 30 suburbs between Dromana and Pakenham and up towards Aspendale!
We pride ourselves on providing individualised care to our clients and trying to find the right match for each person in terms of personality and skill set. Our team works collaboratively on client careplaning to ensure we have the best coverage of clients throughout the year and accommodate the flexibility and work/life balance of our team as well. By doing this, we have developed a nurturing and compassionate culture within our team and subsequently have an amazing retention rate of our carers and nurses and low staff turnover.
This has allowed us to develop a staff profile for clients to showcase our teams’ skills and attributes which are considered priceless assets to our organisation.
While we continue to grow, this profile will be updated to reflect as such, so please understand the information within this document may not be exactly up to date at the time of you reading this. We will however clarify any change on intake meetings and intermittently between profile reviews which occur biannually.
